1 day trek easy walk for exercise

Duration:   5 - 7 hours

Season:   June - February

Route 1 .. "Karen village - Fern Resort" .. After breakfast, pick you up and drive a few minute to Karen village. Trekking about 2 hours and stop for picnic lunch. Late afternoon trekking about 2 hours and reach to Fern Resort and take a break with soft drink 1 hour and then back to town.

Route 2 .. "Karen village - Top view - Fern Resort" .. After breakfast, pick you up and drive a few minute to Karen village. Trekking about 3 hours to the hill top and stop for picnic lunch. Late afternoon going down to Fern Resort about 4 hours and take a break with soft drink 1 hour and then back to town.

Route 3 .. "Huai Pong On - Mud spa" .. After breakfast, pick you up and drive a few minute to start up. Trekking about 2 hours to Lisu village and stop for lunch there. Late afternoon trekking about 2 hours and reach to Mud spa enjoy treatment or massage about 1 hour and then back to town.

Route 4 .. "Mae Sa Kud Waterfall" .. After breakfast, we pick you up and drive a few munite to Mae Sa Kud National Park. Trekking about 2 hours under the big tree and stop for picnic lunch or swimming at waterfall.

What to bring

1. Hat, t-shirt, long pants, strong shoes and camera
2. (Only route 4) Swimsuit, towel and flip-flop
3. (Seasonal) Insect repellent, warm jumper
4. (Optional) Sunglasses, Sunblock lotion and personal water bottle

Before going on a trek

1. Check your physical fitness
2. Infant or pregnant women it is not to go on tour
3. Leave other valuable things at your hotel or safety box

During the trek

1. Follow the national park advices
2. Be respectful to local customs
3. Stay on the route, do not leave the trail alone
4. Be aware and have a sense of belonging in our natural surrounding
